From HorizonRcFlyers to you Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

In the passing year many great people have met here on HorizonRcFlyers and memorable times have been had by all at our Airfields. We appreciate each and every member and have several events planned in 2010 to share the hobby of R/C Aircraft not only with you our members but with the newcomers who have never flown before and have a dream.

Some great champions to this Hobby are amongst us here at HRF and I want to make a special mention of Tkrahlin, Tim you've done some great work with your new flying buddy. Pvogel purchasing Tim's friend's AMA was admirable. Rcdude07 very great of you to share the hobby so openly with people you bump into everytime you go out. In addition our Flight Instructor program is just starting to get legs and I feel will be a great bit of fun for us in 2010, thank-you all who have volunteered.

Of course none of HRF or only a skeleton of it would be possible if it weren't for the tireless computer voodoo of CLSSY56 thanks for all you do. ATIS your reviews are top notch, spot on and helpful to many! A mention without doubt goes to our sponsors thanks to GBI Hobbies and Hobbyzone your dedication and commitment is irreplacable.

Finally all the hours of fun we have here as a group thanks all for sharing your sport, hobby and experiences with HRF.

All have a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and can't wait to see what 2010 brings! :clapping: By the way, looking forward to hearing all the new airplanes, helis and fun stuff found under the Christmas Tree

I just want to second what Wayne had said, Merry Christmas everyone.

When Wayne, Travis and I started this forum we just wanted to provide a place for other pilots that love HH's products to share their experiences and knowledge with each other. In the short time it has been going it has out grown my expectations. I have made many new friends and you all have afforded me the opportunity to review a lot of planes, many of which I wouldnt have bought if not for the need to review them but, in all honesty, I have loved them all and it has really helped me grow as a pilot and a reviewer and hopefully helped you all succeed with your builds and maidens. I have to thank our site sponsors, GBI Hobbies and Hobby Zone, who took a chance early on with us as a start up forum at a time when the economy has been less then stellar. Their support and belief in our vision has been unwavering.

I thank you all for taking the time to help each other out, reading the reviews, and challanging us to due more detailed reviews.

This forum is your forum, thank you for making it special. I look forward to reading what you all received for Christmas and hearing about your maidens and if you feel up to it, maybe doing a build/review article to share with all of us.

Merry Christmas, everyone! And let me just say it’s easy to be a nice guy when you’re inspired by the kind of people you find on this board.

Merry Christmas everybody!

I almost got a Habu, but I don't have anyplace to put another plane, unless the wife agrees to let me convert the guest bedroom completely over to plane storage (it already has three of my 10 active planes in it)...so the current plan is to wait until I get time to build my F-35 first, then if/when I wreck it, get a Habu airframe and transfer the equipment over. So for now I settled for a pair of Zurich non-polarized sunglasses (can't see my new DX-7 LCD very well with my current polarized pilot sunglasses).
