The mCX TR comes neatly and securely packaged. The box is very reusable as a flight box.

Whats in the Box:
(1) mCX Tandem Rescue
(1) 4-channel 2.4GHz DSM2 transmitter
(1) DC Li-Po balancing charger and transformer
(1) 250mAh Li-Po battery

Whats not in the Box:
Ready To Fly

The Build:
Ready To Fly

Preflight:
Charge the Lipo, put the AA batteries in the TX and your good to go.

REPORT CARD:

Good:

2.4GHz DSM2
Cool New Design
Pre-lit with navigation LEDs

Bad:

Doesn't seem as stable as the mCX, does drift around more when flying on it's own. However, stable enough for me to take my own pictures.

FLIGHT REPORT:

Maiden:
Flew it around the living room. It flies different then the mCX, a little more difficult. I had had a little trouble trying to figure why it wanted drift right before lift off. The culprit, the landing gear was tweaked a little. After that was fixed, I had no other issues. The complexity of this little heli is remarkable. It only uses one servo to control the ailerons, all other functions are solely controlled by the 5-in-1 DSM2 receiver/ESC/mixer/gyro/servo control unit.

PERFORMANCE:

ROG: 0'
Speed: Seems a little faster then the mCX.
Landing: a little harder to land then the mCX
Beginner: Yes

Hands free hovering
