If you haven't been following comments on HH's Facebook page here is some critical information for Ultra Micro 4-Site owners and potential owners.

There are a couple of people that took their's apart or it was damaged because the reps told them parts would be available. However, it has changed and
Jim Booker has confirmed there are no longer any plans to support replacement parts for this aircraft.


IMO this is one bad decision by HH.

The only parts that are not available appear to be the Foam parts. I am certain wou will receive support on your purchase, and replacement UM 4-Site specific hardware items such as motor, gearbox, landing gear, support rods, pushods motor mount are all available.

It does seem a bit peculiar you need to purchase a whole kit to get replacement foam parts. It would be my hope after the initial releases of the BNF/PNP these parts become available. Let's ask, question forwarded to HH.

I'd be interested to hear the response you get. Many people have asked along the same lines on the Facebook page. Only no answer was given or the generic "there are no longer any plans to support foam parts. Things change."

Hi guys. Thanks to all your feedback here and everywhere else, we’ve decided to commit to offering replacement air frame parts for the UM 4-Site. However, it will be a few months before we see them as it takes awhile to develop, tool, produce, and ship them. Thanks for all of your support, and I’ll let you know when we know more.

HH does listen to their customers. Obvisouly not everyone, every product or every circumstance can be met but it appears HH is making an effort to meet this market's demands.

Once more this accentuates HH's interest in happy and return customers.
