My husband and I are hooked on flying RC planes after just one flying experience thanks to Wayne Croteau of HorizonRcFlyers. Being both greenhorns and never even touching a RC device much less fly one that I feel I must mention so you can understand my excitement, Wayne let us fly his Super Cub RC Plane under his careful eye's and awesome buddy remote system at the Montrose airfield. Wayne is not only one incredible person to get to know, on the airfield he's a patient and well qualified instructor. We will be purchasing a Super Cub and getting involved with RC flying in earnest this Fall. Coming from a "Greenhorn" if you will, I highly urge others to give this incredible experience a try, you won't regret it!

I love to hear about newbies enjoying their first flying experience!! There is something very magical about that first flight to leaves a special feeling deep down inside which I personally believe is our inner child waking back up after being dormant from the pressures of adult responsibilities.

Wow sounds like everyone had an awesome time. The chalenge of keeping a RC plane in flight and the Expense makes it a bit of an adreniline rush and it becomes an addiction like Atis stated in split seconds..:thumbsup:
