Here's a couple photos my wife snapped at the airfield today. Some were at a great distance and after zooming in then reducing the size for Electronic-sending efficiency they became a bit grainy...
In the top 2 photos you can see in the background other birds flying around, between the Vultures, Bald Eagles, Pelicans and our planes the skies are rarely empty. I am amazed at the number of Bald Eagles we see on a near each trip basis, it is certain one day a bird strike will happen. The Eagles actually seem to latch onto our planes' trajectory and come soar with it, kinda neat though.
