Is there a way to repair a ding or smashed section in Z-Foam?
Warm to hot (but not boiling) water, soak the foam in it for a few minutes and it should re-expand to its original shape. Any missing pieces can be fixed with light weight spackle (big missing pieces will probably need gorilla glue since it will expand to fill large voids).

Hot water in the bathtub work for a wing?
that will work... just pull out the servos and servo wires!! It should be hot enough that you can only keep your hand in it for 10 seconds or so.... that soak the wing and watch it. The foam will start to expand very slowly and may take a few minutes.

For filling in the voids, have you guys heard of mixing Gorilla glue and elmers glue? I saw that somewhere but never tried it. I think I know someone I can get more info on it if your interested.
Blessings,
Jay
Nope thats a new one, I have done light weight spackle, wood filler, epoxy with balloons (sands like crap), even polycrylic and baby powder.
