At our Fun-Fly yesterday a member of the neighboring field we invited showed up at the end of the day with his camera plane and a couple different cameras. John's camera were quite nice and took some excellent photos and a great video I have previewed but for some reason can not play off the disc we made from his LapTop, my fault...
John says he'd be willing to do video or photography in the MN area. If you are interested in pursuing this with John shoot me a PM.
For a look at our field and an idea of what John can readily do here's some samples. By the way, John's still photo camera was a Canon 12Mega Pixel camera and his video camera was of this same high quality but I am unsure of it's specs.
NOTE: Quality of these photos has been reduced from their original 12Mega Pixel size to this size to allow for electronic transfer/storage efficiency.

We do have a terrific site, bit spendy, but it is rural and we have tons of space. In addition we are not within the AMA 400' restricted airspace due to a full scale airfield so we can AIR them out at will, AND I DO!
Also the property owners who we lease from are very nice. On accasion some of the local *&!%$# :pullhair: have taken there ATV's donutting on the tarmac and ripped up some fencing and grass, the landowner keeps an eye out for this and has called the Sheriff for us several times and now magically it has stopped.
Thanks for the comment.

At the same Fun-Fly where the above photos were taken the same pilot John took up a smaller and faster plane and got some good video. The quality is awesome! I have the video loading onto Vimeo as I type, should be on by morning.
Towards the end of the video John captured a couple planes zooming around, one guy Terry trying his darndest to tear the wing off his over-powered very capable Hangar9 Tango. Is only for a few seconds but seeing him flat-spinning and snap-rolling it from a bird's eye view is unique.
Not sure but a ZOOOOM is heard from an electric plane and that may have been my 15 Powered 4S T-28D not sure if at this time of day any other electrics on-site were capable of this ZOoooooom. Honestly I totally forgot he was videoing when he was flying about.
John has some nice equipment and with no doubt if anyone needs aerial photography or video John has the correct equipment to get it done.
Video coming!

VIMEO had an error with loading. Have to do it all over. With my connection and I assume membership status with VIMEO it takes forever, ~4hrs. to load. Here we go again for another try.

Actaully had a change of mind, I am going to trim the video and load it in a couple segments than load the whole video another time. I like instant gratification.

This clip happened to catch a friend of mine trying hard to tear off the wing from his Hnagar9 Tango. Terry is a great pilot and has been working on his 3D capability.
I am unsure there was not video of it but you will hear a Zoooom and this may have been my 4S Power15 zipping on by. I was a distance away, as I remember, and I am suprised how well the video camera picked up sound.

That was very neat. I love the sound when the power is off and just gliding with the wind.

Yes the ultra quietness of nothing is pretty neat expecially when contrasted with the working motor just a few moments earlier.
Glad you liked it I will try to get some more.
