The BCPP2 comes neatly and securely packaged. The box is very reusable as a flight box.
Whats in the Box:
(1) Blade CP Pro2
(1) High-power 370 main, direct-drive N60 tail
(1) HP6DSM 6-channel transmitter with full range Spektrum™ 2.4GHz DSM2™
(1) AR6100 Microlite receiver (installed)
(1) 2-in-1 contol unit (installed)
(1) sG110 micro heading lock gyro (installed)
(3) DS75H digital sub-micro servos (installed)
(1) E-Flite 3S 11.1V 800mAh Li-Po battery
(1) DC Li-Po balancing charger
(1) Bind plug
Whats not in the Box:
Ready To Fly
The Build:
Ready To Fly
Preflight:
Charge the Lipo, put the AA batteries in the TX and your good to go.
REPORT CARD:
Good (All of these are upgrades from the BCPP):
2.4GHz DSM2
Throttle Hold switch on TX
Adjustable Throttle curve on TX
Hi & Low Rates
Upgraded Main Motor with Replaceable Brushes
Direct Drive Tail Motor
sG110 micro heading lock gyro
Bad:
Servos are still held in by tape and zip ties.
Plastic Head is not as nice as my MicroHeli aluminum head on my BCPP, performance wise.
FLIGHT REPORT:
Maiden:
Flew it in the garage. I'm not a great heli pilot, but after a few short hops I could tail it in fairly descent.
Report Card:
ROG: 0'
Glide: You pray this never happens.
Rolls: N/A at this time
Loops: N/A at this time
Inverted: N/A at this time
Speed: N/A at this time
Landing: Pretty standard for a BCP
Beginner: Not unless you can afford $30 crashes.
Best analogy: Flying a RC Heli is like trying to balance a tennis ball on the back of your hand.
