Nice video, she sure needs some extra speed to get airborne though huh.. Looks like a fun plane.

I didnt use flaps on take off...they shorten the take off by about 10 feet. She is a great flyer. If you have the room and want a larger plane I highly recommend her.

It also looked like elevator wasn't used right away. I have this same plane and hit the elevator right away once and scraped the tail. I know, not the best thing to do but it was fun.

It could be done, but you need to be comfortable building with balsa as you will have to build the pockets and supports in the wing. I am not that brave, not am I good enough at covering to try.

ATIS what does your T-34 tip the scale at. John Redman was saying these retracts were designed for 2-4.5# models. All the E-Flite T-34's I have seen have been 5.5# and up or so the pilot quoted as.

So with that being said I would say better find out the weight and double check John's thoughts before going for it.

Indeed my tips the scale at a little over 5 lbs... got to remember the T-34 is a "25 size" plane so you would really need the next size up. The new retracts are a 10-15 size retract.
