I have the honor and privilege of flying with Thomas Holland ex TG on a B-17 in his RV-6A (matter of fact we are flying this afternoon).

I would bet that most of you have seen this gut wrenching photo, he and the B where blow out of the plane, the rest of the crew died. You should hear him tell the story.
I've known Mr. Holland since I was a kid he was the shop class teacher at my high school. Back then I tried to get stories out of him but he would not talk about it. Now days at 88 years he talks.
I gave him his BFR's back in the 80's and for the past two years I make it a point to visit with him every two or three weeks then we go fly.
He is in great shape and works weekday mornings at his lawn mower repair shop!
